Mounting, touchscreen controls, Routine Presets, technical specifications and important safety information for PRFRM 1 CORE.
01 | Before first use
Read this first.
CORE can be installed on its roll-around floor base or suspended from a suitable door using the supplied hook and hanging system. Choose one method and complete every stability check before power-up.
Important safety points
- Use the supplied eye protection and do not stare directly into the LEDs.
- Keep at least 11cm between skin and the light-emitting surface.
- Use two people whenever CORE must be lifted, lowered or transferred between mounts.
- For the floor base, lock the castors before fitting CORE or beginning a session.
- For door hanging, confirm that the hook, cables and snap links are fully seated and secure.
- Keep CORE dry and never cover its ventilation openings.
- Stop immediately if you experience discomfort or an unexpected reaction.
- Seek professional advice before use if you have been advised to avoid bright or near-infrared light.

03 | Mounting and installation
Choose your mounting method.
The roll-around floor mount is shown first, followed by the supplied door hanging system. Do not combine the two mounting methods.
Roll-around floor mount
A mobile, upright base with four lockable castors. Assemble this option before lifting CORE into place.
Door hanging
Uses the supplied door hook, hanging cables, snap links and height adjuster.
Option 1 | Roll-around floor mount
Build the base
On a protected surface, align both support brackets and use screw types A and B only in the positions shown.
Fit the castors
Install all four castors from beneath the chassis. Turn the base upright and lock every wheel.
Lift CORE
With a second person, lift CORE vertically above the two supports. Do not lift by the touchscreen or cable fittings.
Seat and test
Lower CORE fully into the supports. Confirm it is upright and stable before moving or connecting power.
Unlock the castors only when repositioning CORE. Move it slowly on a level surface, keep one hand on the panel, then lock all four castors again before use.
Option 2 | Door hanging
Prepare CORE
Lay CORE face down on a clean padded surface. Fit the two threaded posts and cable supports.
Fit the door hook
Place the supplied hook fully over a suitable stable door and confirm that it sits flat.
Connect the system
Attach the panel cables to the height-adjuster snap link, then connect the opposite snap link to the door hook.
Set the height
Support CORE with one hand while pulling the loose cable with the other. Test the hold before letting go.
Do not open, close or slam the door while CORE is attached. Keep people away from the door and remove CORE before the door is returned to normal use.
Connect the power
Confirm that CORE is switched off. Connect the power cable firmly, then connect it to a suitable wall outlet. Route the cable away from walkways, castors, door edges and hanging cables.
04 | Touchscreen operation
Using the touchscreen.
After power-up, the welcome screen appears for approximately three seconds before the main menu opens.

09 | Troubleshooting
Quick checks.
Switch off and unplug CORE before checking cables, mounting hardware or connections.
CORE will not switch on
Check the wall outlet, mains cable and panel connection. Stop if anything appears damaged.
The remote does not respond
Confirm that CORE and the remote use the same group number.
The floor base moves
Stop the session and lock all four castors. Use CORE only on a level surface.
CORE tilts on the base
Unplug CORE and confirm that it is fully seated between both support brackets.
The door mount slips
Support CORE immediately, lower it safely and stop use until the hook, cables and connectors have been checked.
There are no control sounds
Open Settings and check whether Mute is enabled.
The screen is upside down
Open Settings and select Rotate to turn the display through 180 degrees.
Some LEDs look unlit
Near-infrared wavelengths can be difficult to see. Check the touchscreen instead of staring into the light.
Pulse is unavailable for red
This is expected. Pulse applies only to the near-infrared channels.
